Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund of cancelled registration, a written notice must be received by the official organization company through e-mail:

• Cancellation between 16 December 2014 and 16 January 2015: a cancellation charge of 10 % will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation between 16 January 2015 and 16 February 2015: a cancellation charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation between 16 Fabruary 2015 and 16 March 2015: a cancellation charge of 50% will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellation after 16 March 2015 there shall not be any refund.
